Position Overview:

Responsible for designing, planning, and managing of the voice network infrastructure. Provide processes to assist Network Operations in evaluating and prioritizing projects, assigning resources, and monitoring and overseeing implementation of solutions consistent with Network Operations. Responsible for design, development, implementation and analysis of technical products and systems. Test and implement new products and features, Switch Routing, Circuit Provisioning and turn-up, SQL Database Management

Experience:

• · Associates Degree in Computer Technology or Telecommunications
• · Certification on Class 4 switches as required
• · Knowledge of TDM and VOIP protocols
• · Minimum of 2 year experience Soft Switch and or SBC platform
