We have had good success with GTT regarding installs, pricing, payments, and resolving issues. So far so good!

Dan - We are an agency based here in Northern Virginia with GTT and they have a strong reputation with agents here as well as with Carriers in a wholesale role. We have a direct relationship with GTT and have had success with them finding carrier coverage in unique installs. Let me know if we can be of any assistance.

The verdict is in. As of today it's 5-0 "GTT is great". See the public comments posted above or at http://bit.ly/GTT_Verdict
I did speak with a couple TA members who thought WBSconnect's admin systems could be improved before GTT bought them. It all seems moot now though as any issues WBS had before should be fixed with the merge with GTT. Control freak type agents will want to keep track of all the circuit documentation for any WBS/GTT circuits just to be sure.
No one suggested there was any problems getting paid commissions by either GTT or WBS. I was contacted by a WBS principal who readily gave 3 agent references.
As far as TA's concerned, as of today, WBS/GTT gets a clean bill of health. Anyone who needs details or WBS/GTT references can contact me at [email protected]. The report is available for a one-time $95 research fee.
