For over 15 years I've been writing and blogging about the best ways to market and sell telecom to single and multi-location businesses.
Now that telecom, IT and software applications are merging both in the office and "in the cloud" it seems appropriate to create a different blog that covers all office technologies (IT, LAN, hardware, WAN, voice, document management, etc.) because while the skill set to install these solutions vary, the skills needed to market and sell the solutions are pretty much the same: find pain, poke at it and then offer a cure.
