The role is primarily to develop a marketing plan to target businesses, manage theongoing campaigns and ensure that all marketing materials are in place to supportthe B2B sales team, customer acquisition and retention of B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Adapt HQ’s B2B marketing plan for the local market
• Recruit and manage telemarketing and DM agencies
• Develop events plan and manage through to implementation
• Develop and manage digital and print media plans
• Liaise with HQ re local PR and awards programmes
• Localise B2B sales tools, marketing materials and campaign assets
Core Skills
• Understand the needs and purchase processes of mobile solutions in largeenterprises, SMEs and SoHos
• Experience in digital marketing, event marketing, DM and telemarketing toB2B decision makers
• Highly responsible and able to independently manage an approved plan
• Acute attention to detail
• Flexible team player – able to work well with global and dispersed team
• Energetic and dynamic!
Previous Experience
• 5 years marketing experience targeting businesses
• Ideally telecoms experience (or at least marketing IT solutions)
• At least 3 years experience managing digital campaigns
• In depth experience at creating a marketing plan and developing all requiredassets to support that campaign
The Candidate
The successful B2B Marketing Manager will have a strong knowledge ofthe mobile telecoms industry and targeting decision makers in large enterprises,and SMEs. They will be confident in developing a full lead generation plan acrossa wide range of marketing mediums (events, print advertising, digital advertising,telemarketing, DM), be able to manage the plan through from conception toongoing implementation. We are also looking for someone who is an energeticteam player with acute attention to detail.
