TA just received an email from a major CLEC that needs to fill an agent manager position in San Diego. The official, publishable job description is not available yet but I've been asked to collect and forward resumes.

The job is described as follows:
"The position is salary based with a lucrative incentive plan and full benefits. Recruiting is not required since we already have an extensive partner base.
The primary responsible of the channel manager is to work on sales applications with partners and assist with support needs."
I'd apply myself if I'd not already committed to working for TA the next 20 year.
