Starting this Friday, October 1st at 10am Pacific and then continuing every first Friday of the month (November 5th, December 3rd, etc.), TA is hosting a "First Friday Conference Call" to update TA's vendor and members on current benefits for complimentary members and paid vendors.
Each conference call will wrap up with select vendors squaring off in a "Solution Shootout" where they share with TA's members how their solutions are best suited to solve multi-location business end-user technology problems.
TA's first shootout will is inviting Herb Levitin, Greg Plum, Mike Burns and Jay Morris of WholesaleConference.com, the Conference Group, A+ Conferencing and Wholesale Carrier Services respectively to take 25 minutes each to share how their white label conferencing solution is best suited for TA members (telecom agents, channel partners, systems integrators and equipment resellers/VARs) who want to increase their margins by offering audio and web conferencing to their existing clients and their new prospects.
Each "shooter" has been asked to make sure their presentation addresses the following questions that are of greatest interest to TA members considering white label audio and web conference options.
- Is the program pure resale, co-labeled with a buy rate or something else?
- What are the billing options for the agent? Do they prebuy their minutes or seats or do you carry them for 30 days?
- What collection or billing assistance, if any, do you offer the agent? Auto credit card, bill stuffing, etc.
- What customized sales and marketing assistance, if any, do you offer the agent? Custom DIDs, websites, PDF, etc.
- What sort of agents with what sort of customer bases are best suited to a white label conference program?
- To your knowledge, how is your white label program (or company overall) better or different that other programs an agent can choose from?
