The first agenda item will always be an update of benefits for TA's 3,800 complimentary members. Believe it or not we do much more than send email blasts for our vendors.
The second agenda item will be to update TA's growing number of paid vendors and prospective vendors about TA's vendor program benefits. A conference call is necessary because it takes me about 20 minutes to update a single vendor and things change so fast, well you get the picture...
