In 2010 though we got really serious though and started accrediting them from an "agent's point of view".

LAKE ELSINORE, CA - September 13, 2010 - BullsEye Telecom, Inc., a national multi-location provider of voice, VoIP, wireless and data solutions has achieved "Accredited Vendor" status with Telecom Association, a professional organization with 3,800 members originally founded in 1996 to help independent telecom sales consultants identify the telecom vendors with the highest commitments to customer satisfaction. BullsEye Telecom achieved this mark of distinction in the categories of National CLEC and POTs Consolidation.
"Telecom Association's accreditation program really separates the industry vendors," states Dan Baldwin, TA's Executive Director. "To become accredited in TA you need to open yourself up to both good and bad criticism from TA's 3,800 members with regard to your historic performance in both agent and customer satisfaction. While no vendor has achieved a perfect accreditation score, BullsEye Telecom has achieved the highest accreditation scores to date.
To become accredited in a TA vendor category, accreditation candidates must score "above average" or "far above average" from a majority of voters and not have unresolved outstanding member complaints. "In 11 years, BullsEye Telecom has not had a single TA member registered complaint," added Baldwin. "Because we call for all information both good and bad, TA's accreditation process is not for vendors with a history of poor performance. BullsEye Telecom’s TA vendor accreditation marks them as having been thoroughly peer-reviewed," Baldwin concluded.
